حذف حساب وين نروح؟
من داخل التطبيق
- افتح قائمة الثلاث نقاط.
- اختر «الحساب».
- اختر «حذف الحساب».
- فعّل إقرار الحذف ثم اضغط «حذف حسابي نهائيًا».
يحذف هذا حساب تسجيل الدخول وتقييمات التطبيق وبيانات الحساب المحفوظة. لا يمكن التراجع بعد اكتمال الحذف.
إذا تعذر فتح التطبيق
أرسل طلبًا من البريد المرتبط بالحساب إلى shoamal.jo@gmail.com بعنوان «حذف حساب وين نروح؟». سنستخدم الرسالة للتحقق من ملكية الحساب وتنفيذ الطلب.
Delete your account
In the app, open the three-dot menu, choose Account, then Delete account. Confirm the permanent deletion to remove the sign-in account, app ratings and saved account data. If you cannot access the app, email shoamal.jo@gmail.com from the address linked to the account.
